Like all wood or wood-composite floors, laminate should not be exposed to standing water. Always wipe up spills as soon as they happen.
- Regularly sweep or vacuum using a soft hard-floor attachment to remove dust, dirt and abrasive grit.
- Wipe up spills immediately.
- Use quality entrance mats and felt furniture protectors.
- Never drag furniture across the floor.
- Avoid excessive moisture and abrasive cleaning products.
- Use a well-wrung, slightly damp microfibre mop with a cleaner specifically approved for your engineered wood floor’s finish.
